Kwinella Health Center
We and our partners have been supporting the Kwinella Clinic since 2020. The Kwinella Health Center plays a vital role in providing healthcare services to a significant population in the lower River Region, the Kiang Central District and parts of Kiang-West. With its strategic location and extensive coverage of communities, the clinic serves as a crucial healthcare hub for thousands of individuals in the region.
This Minor Health facility and services has a catchment population of nearly 15,868 individuals. This emphasizes the significant impact that the clinic's operations can have on public health outcomes in the region. By providing access to basic healthcare services, the clinic contributes to improving overall health and well-being, reducing morbidity and mortality rates, and promoting community resilience.
The support provided by Sol-Power Africa and its partners to the Kwinella Clinic since 2020 demonstrates a commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and services in underserved areas. By investing in initiatives that enhance the clinic's capacity, such as infrastructure improvements, medical equipment provision, training for healthcare staff, Borehole well and solar water tower, Sol-Power Africa contributes to improving healthcare access and quality for communities in the lower River Region.
Continued collaboration and support for the Kwinella Clinic will be essential in addressing the healthcare needs of the local population and achieving sustainable health outcomes in the region.
