 The staff stay on site because traveling to and from the Health Center is difficult. The nurses and health care aides have been living in unhealthy conditions. We need to support the staff as they are taking care of the health and well-being of the community. The Kwinella Staff quarters are in desperate need of a new roof. Every rain, water leaks through the roof and creates puddles, because the buckets can't handle the downpour. Here is where your donations will directly impact the staff's health and working conditions. We intend to replace the roof and install solar panels to access sustainable power.
